The Week Before 30A | L. Rosa Boutique Story

The Week Before 30A

There’s something about the week before 30A that just feels different…
especially this year, now that I’ve actually had time to slow down and reflect on the last year while sitting here with Mr. Rosa and the kids.

And if I’m being honest with you, it’s hitting a little deeper than usual.

It’s usually full of excitement—packing lists, outfit planning, all the little things that make you feel like you’re about to step into something fun and unforgettable.

But this year… it feels different in the best and hardest ways.

When Life Looks Different Than You Planned

As most of you know, the last few 30A events looked a little different for me.

Life had other plans.

Between losing my dad and welcoming our sweet baby Jett into the world, I wasn’t able to be there in person.

And if you’ve ever walked through a season where grief and joy live side by side… you know how heavy and beautiful that can feel all at once.

Those are the moments that change you. The ones that slow you down whether you’re ready or not.

This Boutique Was Never Just Me

But here’s the thing about L. Rosa Boutique…

It’s never just been about me.

It’s about the women who show up. The ones who support each other. The ones who step in without being asked.

The ones who make this feel like more than a business.

The Kind of Women You Can’t Replace

And that’s where Brenda and Julia come in.

Let me just say this the only way I know how… they didn’t just show up—they showed up.

They represented L. Rosa Boutique with heart, confidence, and the kind of energy you simply can’t teach.

The kind of energy that makes you proud all the way to your core.

They are our ride-or-die friends, our boutique family, and yes—our boutique baddies in every sense of the word.

They carried this brand into those rooms, onto those lives, and into every conversation with so much love.

And if you watched them, you felt it too.

More Than Just Clothes

Moments like this remind me why we started L. Rosa Boutique in the first place.

Not just to sell clothes…

But to create something that makes women feel seen, supported, and confident in their everyday lives.

Whether you’re heading to a live sale, running errands, doing school pickup, or just trying to feel a little more put together on a busy day…

You deserve to feel good in what you’re wearing.

The kind of pieces you can throw on and go.
The ones you’ll reach for again and again.

A Thank You From Our Family

So this week before 30A, I just wanted to pause for a moment.

From the bottom of my heart… from the L. Rosa family to yours—

Brenda. Julia. Thank you.

For standing in the gap.
For loving this boutique like your own.
For showing up in a way that I will never forget.

You are such a big part of this story.

Where Fashion Meets Friendship

And to you… the one reading this right now—

Thank you for being here.

For supporting us through the highs and the hard moments.
For showing up, cheering us on, and being part of something that feels like so much more than just a boutique.

This is what “Where Fashion Meets Friendship” really looks like.

And I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Love,
Linsey
